Your Pet Nanny, LLC is committed to caring for the health and well-being of our furry friends and clients and playing a constructive role in supporting local health officials and government leaders. Your Pet Nanny visits are being requested again as people begin to travel or go back to work. During this time, we are taking the following precautions and ask you to do the same before we enter your home to care for your pets. Thank you
Enhanced cleaning measures: Your Pet Nanny, LLC is committed to caring for the health and well-being of its clients and their animals and playing a constructive role in supporting local health officials and government leaders. The company continues to observe elevated cleaning and sanitizing protocols that meet or exceed public health guidelines and can help to reduce the spread of COVID-19. All employees use the “Clean, Safe and Ready” system to ensure the well-being of clients and pets. When we enter your home, please leave our sanitizing products and we will wipe down leashes, counters, and faucets we may come in contact with.
Additional precautions: Your Pet Nanny, LLC is also taking precautions for every client and employee to protect them and your pets. Prior to beginning every pet nanny visit, all employees complete a pre-check, including safety precautions such as taking their temperature, to ensure they are ready and able to work. Employees are also equipped to wear facial coverings during their shifts if needed and continue to frequently wash their hands. They also have the option to wear gloves.
Safety Protocols: We respectfully request customers follow social distancing and safety protocols recommended by public health officials, including wearing a facial covering when we meet face to face. If you are feeling under the weather or have come in contact with someone who has tested positive with COVID-19, please refrain from requesting pet care services from us as we want to keep our employees safe as well.
Grab-and-go: Where social distancing can be maintained, clients can place a request online or phone and meet the employee at your door and hand off your dog with a leash for a walk. If you request, we will not stay in your home for a visit, we can just do our job and get out asap.
